The above per mile avarage rate is relative to the fuel of unleaded if it remais under $4 per gallon. If fuel cost exceeds $4 for unleaded more than 2 days in a 7 day period (per https://gasprices.AAA.com website), the fuel rates per mile will increase by $0.50 per mile.

Pickup location over 20 miles from home base = $.50 per mile to pick up point
